Happy State Bank's Mortgage Division has been in existence since 1993 serving the Amarillo and surrounding area with borrowers home purchase needs.  Since inception, Happy State Bank's Mortgage Division has been a major mortgage provider in the real estate market providing quality loan products to our home buying customers.

We offer a variety of loan services to meet the individual needs of our customers.  Some of those products include, Conventional (Conforming and Non-Conforming loans), FHA and VA loans, In-House loans, Home Improvement loans, City Assistance, Bond program in Amarillo and the Mortgage Credit Certificate program for the First-Time home buyer outside the city limits of Amarillo.
